Bánh Me
OVERVIEW:
Bánh Me is a conceptual Vietnamese casual eatery in Midtown Gainesville, an area facing the UF campus bustling with students eager to grab a bite between classes.
The idea for Bánh Me originates from my 4-year experience as a student of Vietnamese descent living in a predominately white college town that lacks my cultural food. It's meant to serve as a place where UF students of Viet descent and all backgrounds can have a shared cultural experience indulging in some Vietnamese comfort foods.
